Completed just in time for the market to tank, the gleaming, 60-story Marquis tower boasts unobstructed views of Miami at its finest. Meanwhile, with an impressive beacon of light, all of Miami enjoys an unobstructed view of Marquis. We took advantage of both perspectives in a campaign that made use of the building’s high visibility while calling attention to the epic panoramic views, the scale of the residences and the monumentality of the building itself. All in dramatic contrast to prices so miniscule (relatively speaking) that they actually made headlines…and not only in their ads.
